mHealth Solutions to Sleep Heath

Disparities in sleep health and access to the relevant forms of healthcare are created by environmental and social factors that disproportionately impact certain populations. The ubiquity of low-cost personal technological devices and social media in modern life promotes sleep deficiency. On the other hand, the informed and optimal application of wearable devices and mHealth solutions powered by predictive analytics provide ways for us to better understand human sleep physiology and effect lifestyle factors and behavioral changes to improve sleep health.
